Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on prescription glasses that have been worn or show signs of use. All returned items must be in their original condition with packaging and tags intact.

Step 4: Processing Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive your return:

- Exchanges: Your new item will be shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive your return. Standard shipping times apply.
