All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping

- Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We currently don’t ship to some Asian countries and remote regions. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your eyewear! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of computer glasses, blue light glasses, or reading glasses, we offer a simple return process.
Return Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags
- Refund Method: Original payment method
- Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for defective items)
Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on prescription glasses that have been worn or show signs of use. All prescription eyewear returns must be in their original, unworn condition.
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

- Reason for return/exchange
- For exchanges: specify the new product you’d like
- Your shipping address
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and (if applicable) exchange options.
Step 3: Ship Your Return

Step 4: Processing Your Refund or Exchange
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will appear in your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
- Exchanges: Your new item will be shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive your return. Standard shipping times apply.
Special Considerations
- Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately. We’ll cover return shipping costs and expedite your replacement.
- Prescription Glasses: Due to the custom nature of prescription eyewear, we can only accept returns if the glasses are unworn and in their original condition. Please double-check your prescription details before ordering.
- International Returns: Customers outside the US are responsible for any customs fees or return shipping costs.
